EXP. transit cds dated 18.12.16 and ZURICH SELNAU arrival cds dated 19.12.16. Cover was opened by censor and resealed by 2 labels with wordings read “STRAITS SETTLEMENT OPENED BY CENSOR”. Fine. F.(1)
